Relevant units:
The Key Laboratory of edible mushroom processing, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas is supported by Jiangsu Alphay Biological technology Co., Ltd. It mainly carries out research on the major commonalities and key technologies of edible and medicinal mushroom variety resources development, genetic breeding, cultivation techniques, quality control, green preparation of active ingredients and new product development. With strategic new technology and high technology research, the seamless link of edible and medicinal mushroom from laboratory research, pilot scale-up to achievement transformation and promotion will be realized. The laboratory will become the first-class research, development and service platform of edible and medicinal mushroom in China, providing technical support for the intensive processing industry of edible and medicinal mushroom. According to the operating mechanism of "Opening, Flow, Union and Competition" of laboratories, in order to further strengthen academic exchanges and cooperation at home and abroad, and improve the openness of laboratory research, a special subject of laboratory opening has been set up. We are now issuing to the public the application guide for the open funds of laboratories in 2018, and welcome the relevant scientific researchers in this field to declare enthusiastically. At the same time, the laboratory welcomes the scientific researchers to carry out cooperative research with their own funds using the basic conditions of the laboratory equipment and instruments. Relevant matters are as follows:
I. Major Funding Directions of this Year
1. Development of new varieties of rare edible and medicinal mushroom
In this direction, molecular systematics, genetic diversity, molecular detection methods, ecology and other research means are used to actively explore the strain resources protection of edible and medicinal mushrooms, develop new varieties of rare mushroom, provide culture resources for vigorously developing the production of rare edible and medicinal mushroom, and carry out research on the utilization of culture resources.
2. Directional breeding of active components of edible and medicinal mushrooms
In this direction, the main research objective is to increase the bioactive substance content of edible and medicinal mushroom. The bioactive substance content of edible and medicinal mushrooms can be significantly increased by means of collection of strain resources, cross-breeding and mutation breeding, so as to improve the extraction yield of edible and medicinal mushroom processing products and reduce production costs significantly.
3. Study on metabolic regulation technology of edible and medicinal mushrooms
The main objective of this research is to improve the content of bioactive substances in edible and medicinal mushrooms. By means of optimizing culture conditions, screening exogenous inducers and optimizing culture technology, the key technologies of metabolic regulation for the content of main active ingredients (polysaccharides, triterpenoids, specific amino acids, etc.) of specific edible and medicinal mushroom are studied, and the biological activities of mushroom are significantly improved. Thus the extraction yield of edible and medicinal mushroom processed products was increased and the production cost was significantly reduced.
4. Study on efficient green preparation technology of active ingredients of edible and medicinal mushrooms
This direction mainly carries out the research on active ingredients of edible and medicinal mushrooms, and studies the high-efficient preparation technologies such as ultrasound-assisted extraction, bio-enzymatic extraction, membrane separation, freeze-drying and so on, so as to prepare natural products with potential application value.
5. Pharmacological effects of active ingredients of edible and medicinal mushrooms
In this direction, high-throughput screening of active ingredients of edible and medicinal mushrooms targeting various important diseases is carried out to discover nutritional ingredients or drug intermediates with potential disease prevention value and independent intellectual property rights. On this basis, an efficient and low-cost extraction process is further established and a large-scale production demonstration is implemented.
6. Study on comprehensive utilization technology of edible mushroom processing byproducts
In this direction, through the determination and analysis of the nutrient components and active substances of the residues extracted from edible and medicinal mushroom, the comprehensive utilization of these nutrient components and active substances is studied, so as to better develop and utilize the resources of edible and medicinal mushroom, avoid waste of resources and improve the added value of edible and medicinal mushroom.
7. Research and development of new functional products of edible and medicinal mushroom
In this direction, different functional ingredients of edible and medicinal mushroom are compounded to develop functional foods with good antioxidant, hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic and immune regulation functions.
II. Subjects Applicant
Scientists and technicians from universities, research institutions, enterprises and other institutions at home and abroad with intermediate technical titles or master's degrees or above, whose research direction is related to the funding direction of open projects can apply.
III. Application Deadline
The deadline of applications for open topics in 2018 is 30 June 2018 (mail applications are based on the postmark of the date of delivery). Persons with their own funds are not subject to the time limit for application and can contact the laboratory at any time to carry out research.
IV. Notice for Subject Declaration
1. The applicant contacts the laboratory to obtain an application form for an open fund project and carefully fills in it as required. After checking and signing the opinions, the paper version will be sent to the laboratory in four copies, and an electronic version with the same content are needed.
2. Research duration: 1-3 years.
3. Number of subsidized subjects: about 5 open fund subjects are planned to be funded in 2018.
4. Amount of subsidized subjects: the amount of subsidized subsidies for each project is 30,000 -100,000 Yuan.
5. After the laboratory receives the open fund project application, the academic committee of the laboratory will take the lead to organize the evaluation and select the best candidate for funding. After approval of the project, the applicant must sign a contract with the laboratory to ensure the completion of the research task.
6. After the completion of the open fund project, the project leader should submit the summary report according to the requirements of the " Key Laboratory of Edible Mushroom Processing, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Regulations for Open Fund Projects (Trial Version)", and publish at least one SCI paper and develop at least one product related to the content of the project with the Key Laboratory as the first completion unit, and declare one patent for the patentee based on the laboratory.
7. Relevant papers, patents, research reports, appraisal of scientific and technological achievements and declaration of awards and other research results obtained under the support of open projects are shared by the laboratory and the institute where the researchers work. The first property right unit is the laboratory and the laboratory supporting unit, and the foundation for "Key Laboratory of Edible Mushroom Processing, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs " should be indicated.
